Queen Anne Victorian

The Queen Anne Victorian was originally built in 1896 and is a prominent Historical Structure of Merit in the downtown Santa Barbara area. In 2002, the Queen Anne was completely revived to include six commercial units and two residential flats. Preservation of the Victorian’s rich architectural details and innovative, efficient use of space are perfectly suited to house the office of Trillium Enterprises Inc.
